ACS CONTROL SYSTEM FLUXICONT FS4

The Fluxicont FS4 is an electronic flow and temperature switch used to continuously measure, control, and monitor liquid flow and temperature.

The device is especially useful for monitoring cooling water circulation systems of pumps, turbines, and other machinery due to its construction with flow rates from 3 cm/s to 300 cm/s, process temperatures from -20 cm/s to +110 cm/s, process pressures up to 40 bar, process material stainless steel V4A, and the availability of industrial standard process connections like thread ISO 228-1 thread ANSI NPT – on request and thread ISO 225-1 M18x1,5 for adapter – on request.

For demanding measuring requirements, the flow switch is suitable.

It goes without saying that optional laser marking of a measuring point designation or TAG, a customer label, or a neutral type label, is also available.
A material test certificate EN10204 3.1 or factory certifications for drinkable water or food suitability are also optionally available, as are a LABS-free or silicone-free version, a factory calibration with a calibration certificate, and a customer-specific configuration or preset.
On-demand, customer-specific modified versions can be produced, such as software adaptations (menu navigation, extra functionalities, etc.),
 altered connector orientation or assignment of terminals, user surface design adaptations, and unique designs for process connections.
