Omron’s E2KQ-X capacitive proximity sensors deliver highly dependable, non-contact detection across a broad spectrum of metallic and non-metallic objects, including dielectrics, liquids, and bulk solids. Outfitted with a manual sensitivity adjustment screw, these sensors can be customized on-the-fly to establish an optimal sensing range based on the unique electrical and water-content profile of your target material.
E2KQ-X sensors feature threaded M18 cylindrical housings constructed entirely from a premium fluorine resin (fluororesin). This unique coating provides elite resistance against corrosive chemicals, industrial oils, and machining fluids, ensuring reliable and secure installation in harsh semiconductor manufacturing and chemical processing environments.
