Delta MS300 Basic Compact Series AC Inverter for 2.2kW (3HP) 400V 3ph motor up to 5,5A at high overload or 2.2kW (3HP) up to 6,1A when Fan/Pump rated. Controls a typical AC induction, permanent magnet motor, IPM (Internal permanent magnet), and SPM using VxF or Sensorless Vector, which converts fixed frequency, three-phase, 400-volt input to variable frequency, three-phase, 400-volt output (surface mounted permanent magnet).

Input Current: 5,5A at High Overload, 6,1A when Fan/Pump rated.
Input Voltage: Three phase AC 380V–480V (-15 %~+10 %), 50/60 Hz.

The MS300 series from Delta is a typical small vector control drive that carries over their world-class drive technology. It offers STO safety mechanisms and supports both IM and PM motor control for application versatility. Other built-in features include a USB port for quick and simple data uploads and downloads, a PLC capacity for basic programming requirements, and a communication slot for a variety of communication cards. With a drive size reduction of up to 40%, the MS300 series offers space savings, faster setup and wiring, excellent efficiency, and a stable system.

  • Integrated PLC program with capacity of 2K steps.
  • Brake choppers built into every model in the series.
  • 5-digit LED keypad that can be removed for remote control.
  • Safe Torque Off (SIL2/PLd) compliance with safety standards.
  • Four integrated IM motor control parameters for multi-motor control.
  • For versions with 1-phase 230V and 3-phase 460V, there is an optional built-in Class A (C2) standard EMC filter.
  • There is one built-in high-speed pulse input terminal MI7 with a maximum speed of 33 kHz.
  • One built-in DFM high-speed pulse output terminal with a maximum speed of 33 kHz.
  • A new PCB coating (IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C2) and thermal design are appropriate for usage in severe environments.
  • RS-485 (Modbus) built-in and a range of communication card choices EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFIBUS DP, DeviceNet, MODBUS TCP, and PROFINET.
