METAL WORK

Italian business Metal Work is an expert in creating pneumatic parts for automation systems. When Metal Work was first established in 1967, it was a tiny workshop that produced push-in fittings for compressed air systems. Since then, the business has steadily broadened its structure and product line to establish itself as the industry leader in pneumatic components for automation systems. Actuators, valves, FRL units, fittings, and handling components are among the five product categories we now offer. These categories are all included in our 1700-page catalog.

More than 500 people work at the primary production facility, which is in Concesio, a town close to Brescia. Another 800 people are employed by the Italian and international sales networks. In 1992, Metal Work received ISO 9001 quality certification, which was followed by ISO 14001 environmental accreditation in 2000. Metal Work applied for the British standard OHSAS 18001 in 2007 and ISO 45001 in 2019 to ensure an occupational health and safety management system. The German certifying authority DEKRA, which has received Dakks accreditation, has issued each of these certificates. 50 subsidiaries in Italy and abroad are responsible for product distribution and technical support; these companies are in constant contact with the market and offer thorough before- and after-sales services.
