Miniature power relays 12 A with 2 pole changeover contacts for plug in mount on sockets are Type 56.32 and are manufactured by 187 Faston. Features include:-

With an adaptor with 187 Faston, 4.8 x 0.5 mm connections, flange installation is possible.
